DROP EVERYTHING, PERTH! THERE’S A GIN CIDER COMING IN HOT AND LOCAL FROM THE SWAN VALLEY

You heard it right! The Swan Valley’s cool kids Funk Cider & Old Young’s Distillery have come together to create a (world’s first??) hybrid Gin Cider of the Gods!! The Gin Cider was launched last weekend at the Perth Craft Beer Festival.

You can only expect massive flavour & fun from the funkiest businesses in the Swan Valley and this collaboration might very well make history. The hybrid Gin Cider is a blend of gin, from Old Young’s Distillery & craft apple cider from Funk Cider.

To make the gin, Old youngs distilled some cider from funk into a classic London style gin,

which was then carefully blended back into our special release apple cider to make an out-of-this-world Gin Cider Hybrid that comes in at a tantalising 8% ABV.

The result is a tasty fruit-forward cider with a light body and a good hit of London style gin botanical flavours to finish off this life-changing cider.
